Do you reset service indicators?

Yes. We reset the service indicator on all cars.

Is VAT included?

Yes. VAT is included in all prices we quote and is charged at the appropriate rate.

Does your service replace items such as tyres, exhausts and timing belts?

No. These are items that do not need to be replaced during standard service intervals. We specialise in delivering a top-class car service so we can offer you convenience and reliability, and reduce the amount of time needed to serve you. Of course, should you require any of these other maintenance needs, we will be delighted to assist.

Will my Manufacturer Warranty be affected if I get service outside the main dealer?

In 2003, European Union Legislation affecting the motor trade came into force. Its full title is Block Exemption Regulations 1400/2002 or BER. This legislation changes the way cars may be serviced and repaired and gives motorists more freedom in their decision as to who should look after their cars.

As a result, we are legally qualified to perform servicing, and do so to a level similar – if not better – than that of a main dealership, and will not affect your warranty.

Can I get a VAT receipt?

Yes. We issue a full report and a comprehensive VAT invoice on completion of every task.

How can I pay?

We accept cash payments, or debit card and credit card transactions (Mastercard and VISA). We also offer our convenient Car Doctor Service Club – ask for details!

Do you have a replacement car I can use when my car is getting serviced?

Yes! Replacement cars are available for rent from €15 per day. Note that you must have fully comprehensive insurance and should book in advance.

How often should I check the levels underneath the bonnet of my car?

We recommend you check your oil, water and tyre pressure once a week - say, every Saturday, or at least at every 1,000 miles.
